Philippe Toussaint holds a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons. Philippe also graduated an Executive Master in Management from the Solvay Brussels School in 2008. Philippe has almost 30 years of telecommunication industry experience. In 1997 Philippe joined Orange Belgium (Mobistar at the time) as Product Manager and was promoted to Director of Product Development in 2005 leading the mobile, roaming, interconnection and carrier products and services. In 2016, he initiated and drove the launch of the broadband and TV line of business. In 2018, Philippe was appointed Corporate Strategy Director playing a key role in the RAN sharing agreement with Proximus and the acquisition file of VOO. In June 2023, Philippe joined the Executive Board as Chief Fixed Network Officer at Orange Belgium and Chief Technology Officer at VOO. In July 2024, he was appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Orange Belgium.
