Jelle Jacquet is appointed Chief People Officer of Orange Belgium

The Board of Directors at Orange Belgium has announced the appointment of Jelle Jacquet as Chief People Officer as of today.

Jelle Jacquet, 46 years old, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, change management and talent development. She started her career at Hudson as a recruitment consultant. After a stint at PWC as Senior HR Officer, she continued to hone her skills at BNP Paribas Fortis, where she successively held the positions of Talent Manager, Head of Learning & Development and Head of Communication & Change for Digital Transformation. She joined Orange Belgium in 2016 as Director Learning & Development, to enhance talent development, employee engagement, and inclusion and diversity, as well as the agile transformation of the HR department. Since October 2021, she has held the position of Deputy Chief People Officer, responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR department as well as the implementation of the HR strategy.

Xavier Pichon, CEO of Orange Belgium, said: "I would like to warmly congratulate Jelle on her appointment to CPO, a position which is key to our transformation plan, at which talent development and diversity are the cornerstones.
