A new look for Mobistar's website

Brussels, 14 January 2013 – Mobistar's residential website (www.mobistar.be) has a brand-new look. The strong points of this revamped website are many, and go far beyond a mere facelift. Among the new features: a blog full of information and useful tips, a forum for discussion and sharing tips, as well as a redesigned site architecture for greater user comfort and faster access to information.

Mobistar's residential website is one of the most visited sites in Belgium, with 3 million unique visitors each month. Since mid-December, all visitors have access to a completely renovated site, specially designed to offer comfort and fun to the users. Menus are clearer, pages are more readable, and the search engine is more efficient, while social media are now better integrated to the different sections of the site. The online help has also been improved for easier and faster access.

The new version of Mobistar’s residential website introduces two major innovations:

A forum for discussion and sharing tips: with this new space customers will be able to ask questions about Mobistar’s products and services, as well as exchange and share their experiences, discoveries, favourite applications, etc. The idea is that this forum will eventually become a channel for additional online support, where users can help each other, like the forum at Orange France for example, which is already a success. Note that the Mobistar web team will of course always be there to certify the answers provided by the users and to clarify them if necessary. And it goes without saying that other support services for Mobistar customers (phone, email, social media) will remain accessible.

A blog: from now on, this daily appointment will be the best place to find tips and tricks, reviews of the latest must-have phones, articles on the craziest and most useful applications, practical advice, video "tutorials", features and opinions from guest bloggers... With this blog, Mobistar wants to further strengthen the relationship with its community of users.
