Two years after the successful launch, the innovative and digital brand hey! adds a fixed internet service next to its mobile offer. This new service offers competitive pricing, efficient digital servicing and evolutive product propositioning.
The next stunt in hey!’s evolutive offer: fixed internet on top of mobile
In September 2021, Orange Belgium launched its hey! brand: digital, generous and co-creative. Two years to date, the brand has undergone a striking development of its portfolio. Inspired by customers’ feedback on their evolving needs and values, hey! now announces yet another feature with ‘hey! Internet’.
'hey! Internet' provides a simplified, no-nonsense internet solution for those who value straightforwardness and cost-effectiveness. With 150 Mbps download speed (10 Mbps upload) on Orange’s hybrid fiber coaxial network, unlimited data, and competitive pricing, 'hey! Internet' caters to both residential and small business customers who want reliable connectivity at home without the frills. By adding the ‘internet only’ formula to its already competitive offering, hey! will now be able to meet even more needs of its target group by being present on both the mobile and fixed internet market segments.
The launch comes with a promotion offer valid until 27 November: new customers will pay EUR 29/month for the first three months of subscription (no installation costs), existing customers will pay EUR 29/month for the first six months of subscription (no installation costs). After the promotional period, the standard price will be EUR 39, ensuring that customers continue to receive exceptional value.
Christophe Dujardin, Chief Consumer Officer of Orange Belgium, says: “Whether you are a new customer looking to experience reliable fixed internet or an existing customer eager to expand your mobile service, hey! has you covered. With the addition of home internet, the brand continues to evolve and adapt to customers' needs, offering efficient digital servicing with appealing and multi-product customer propositions.”
