Walcom and Walcom Liège are integrated in Orange Belgium.
In order to further streamline its organizational structure, Orange Belgium has decided to merge its affiliate Walcom Liège into its parent company Walcom, and to subsequently merge Walcom into Orange Belgium.

An extraordinary general shareholder’s meeting for Walcom and Walcom Liège and a board of directors will be held before the end of June 2020 to endorse the merger.
