Mobistar customers can now manage their mobile account on the mobile portal m.mobistar.be

Check the usage status of your mobile bundle and activate mobile data options anytime anywhere, is now possible with a mobile phone on the portal m.mobistar.be in one click and without login. Just a click on the icon ‘Account’ on the mobile portal is needed to access.

In one click the customer gains access to the extremely user-friendly and personalised selfcare tool on the mobile portal. In his own account the customer finds an overview of his subscription type and its validity and he can activate new data bundles(*) if he wants to. Mobile data options can be activated immediately on the mobile phone in only 3 clicks, which is a first in Belgium.

This tool also gives Mobistar customers an overview of their call credit or text message usage, the amount of used MB in and outside the active tariff plan and the next invoice date. The usage value status is linked to the SIM card in the mobile device and is updated almost in real time.

In Belgium this service is free of charge to all Mobistar customers and abroad the service is charged at the roaming rates applicable to the country where the customer is located.

Mobistar is constantly innovating to better meet its customers’ needs and increase their user comfort. This tool gives the customer a full overview of his mobile telecommunication usage at all times to allow him to better control his budget.
