Brussels, 30 November 2006 - Mobistar introduces today the small, smart and stylish BlackBerry® Pearl™ smartphone, from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM) on the belgian market. This launch enables Mobistar to offer an even bigger range of BlackBerry handsets to the business customers.
Offering advanced wireless functionality, including support for phone, email, text messaging, Web, organiser and other applications, the BlackBerry Pearl will allow Mobistar business customers to carry just one multifunctional handset. The BlackBerry Pearl is supported on both the BlackBerry® Internet Service and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and will be available at Mobistar as from 15 December 2006. The price of the device has been set at 296.69 euro excluding VAT.
