Mobistar (Euronext Brussels: MOBB) has published its results for the financial year which closed on 31 December 2004. The operator has declared itself to be highly satisfied with a year characterised by growth in line with the targets set by the company.

On 30 September 2004, Mobistar once again posted a growth in its customer base, bringing it to a total of 2,743,267 active customers, a 10% increase over one year. During the third quarter, Mobistar increased its base by almost 81,000 new customers, beating the net growth of the first semester of 2004 (+62,155). The average revenue per user is up by 6.1% in one year to 36.47 euros per month per active customer. Turnover for the first 9 months of 2004, which amounts to 992.2 million euros, is up by 16.9% compared to September 2003.

Brussels, 27 July 2004 - Mobistar (Euronext Brussels: MOBB) is presenting its results for the first half of 2004 today. Over the first six months of the year, Mobistar generated consolidated operating revenue of 670.7 million euro, an increase of 18.7% compared with the first half of 2003. The turnover of the mobile business increased 20.1% to reach 600.7 million euro. The turnover of the fixed business increased 6.1% to reach 50.3 million euro.

Om zijn groei in 2004 verder te zetten, zal Mobistar onder meer zijn aanbod voor de Business-markt (grote accounts en KMO's) uitbreiden. Deze strategie berust op eigen ontwikkelingen van Mobistar en op de internationale synergie binnen de Orange-groep.

Brussels, 2 February 2004 - As a result of France Télécom Group's decision to partially unveil its annual results on Wednesday 4 February, Mobistar is announcing this Monday its 2003 turnover as well as the ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). The full financial results together with comments upon them will be announced on Wednesday 11 February after the Stock Market's closing down.

Op 31 december 2003 telde Mobistar 2.615.368 actieve klanten. Dat zijn er exact 309.978 méér dan de 2.305.390 actieve klanten aan het eind van 2002, of een toename met meer dan 13% op één jaar. Vooral het laatste kwartaal van 2003 was uitzonderlijk goed: Mobistar noteerde voor deze drie maanden een nettogroei met 107.120 actieve klanten.
