Mobistar appoints Jérémie Dutray as Chief Operating Officer

Brussels, July 7th, 2014 – Mobistar’s Board of Directors has appointed Jérémie Dutray as Chief Operating Officer. Active since 2010 in the Orange group, he was working until now as Chief of Staff for Stéphane Richard. Alongside Mobistar CEO, Jean Marc Harion, Jérémie will be in charge of finalising the company’s transformation, coordinating transverse operations and developing new growth activities. Jérémie will take office at Mobistar on September 1st, 2014.

Jérémie Dutray was appointed Chief Operating Officer within Mobistar’s Executive Committee. In this new role, Jérémie will be responsible for coordinating operations as well as developing and implementing the 2015/2020 Strategic Plan, by seeking to improve our business models and establishing strategic partnerships, as well as developing our new lines of business. In this context, Jérémie will steer Mobistar’s Transformation Committee and Prioritisation Committee.  

Jérémie is a graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique, l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and also holds a degree in Finance. He joined the Orange Group in September 2010 as Stéphane Richard’s Chief of Staff. In his current function at Orange as well as in his previous positions within the cabinet of the French Minister of Economy and Finance, Jérémie has steered many sensitive and complex projects. He is a Director in several subsidiaries of the Orange group.

Jérémie Dutray, 37, is a French national. He is married and has 2 children.
