Brussel – Orange Belgium maakt vandaag zijn beslissing bekend om zijn huidige liquiditeitscontract met Rothschild & Cie Banque niet te verlengen. Orange Belgium heeft een liquiditeitscontract gesloten met Kepler Cheuvreux voor het beheer van de liquiditeit van de aandelen van Orange Belgium die worden verhandeld op de gereglementeerde markt van Euronext Brussels (ISIN-code BE0003735496). Het contract begint op 1 augustus 2019 en heeft een duur van drie jaar. Orange Belgium maakt € 2.000.000 (twee miljoen euro) over aan de liquiditeitsrekening.

Bruxelles – Orange Belgium annonce aujourd’hui le non-renouvellement de son contrat de liquidité avec Rothschild & Cie Banque. La société annonce également la mise en oeuvre d’un contrat de liquidité avec Kepler Cheuvreux portant sur l’animation de ses actions admises aux négociations sur Euronext Bruxelles (ISIN BE0003735496). Le contrat entre en vigueur au 1er août 2019 pour une durée de trois ans. Orange Belgium met à disposition €2,000,000 (deux million d’euros) au compte de liquidité.

Brussels – Orange Belgium announces today it has decided not to renew its current liquidity contract with Rothschild & Cie Banque and that is has entered into a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux to manage the liquidity of Orange Belgium’s shares traded on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels (ISIN BE0003735496). The contract starts on 1 August 2019 for a period of three years. Orange Belgium is allocating €2,000,000 (two million euros) to the liquidity account.
