Om naadloze connectiviteit binnenshuis te garanderen en rekening te houden met nieuwe bouwnormen, lanceert Orange Belgium vandaag Mesh WiFi, een nieuwe, slimme technologie die het binnenshuis connectiviteit van zijn LOVE klanten versterkt.

Steeds meer Belgische klanten stuiten op problemen met hun wifibereik binnenshuis, onder andere door alsmaar beter geïsoleerde woningen en nieuwe bouwnormen. Orange Belgium wil zijn LOVE klanten gemoedsrust geven met naadloze connectiviteit overal in huis en brengt daarom een nieuwe hardwareoplossing op de markt: Mesh WiFi.

To guarantee a seamless indoor connectivity and with respect to new construction standards,  Orange Belgium launches today the Mesh WiFi, a new and smart technology aimed at reinforcing the connectivity at home of its LOVE customers.

Today is the day the United Kingdom formally says farewell to the European Union. For Orange Belgium’s customers, though, this major change will have no effect on their bill as they will remain able to roam-like-at-home in the UK, even if it is no longer imposed by the European regulation. And the UK is not the only added roaming territory for Orange Belgium’s customers.

Vandaag is de dag dat het Verenigd Koninkrijk officieel uit de Europese Unie stapt. Voor Orange Belgium-klanten zal deze politieke aardverschuiving niets veranderen aan hun factuur: ze zullen er nog altijd kunnen roamen zoals thuis, ook al zal het VK niet langer de Europese regelgeving volgen. Bovendien is het VK niet het enige roaminggebied dat Orange Belgium aan zijn bestaande lijst toevoegt.

Le Royaume-Uni fait aujourd’hui ses adieux officiels à l’Union européenne. Ce changement majeur n’aura cependant aucun impact sur la facture des clients d’Orange Belgium. Ils pourront, en effet, continuer à utiliser le roaming comme à la maison au Royaume-Uni, même si la réglementation européenne ne l’impose plus. Et le Royaume-Uni n’est pas le seul territoire ajouté pour les clients d’Orange Belgium.

For the 9th time, Orange Belgium was elected as TOP EMPLOYER by the Top Employers Institute. It is a great recognition for Orange Belgium’s numerous efforts in providing a digital and caring working environment to its more than 1.400 employees.

Today the Top Employers Institute published the results of its annual survey, screening a large number of Belgian employers and making a thorough analysis of the work conditions they offer. And Orange Belgium is again getting excellent marks, allowing the telecom provider to be again elected as TOP EMPLOYER.

Orange Belgium is supporting the MUSIC FOR BRICKS concert on April 29th, which will bring together Belgian artists as Henri PFR, Alice on the Roof, Selah Sue, Loïc Nottet, Coely and others. The goal is to raise money for an ambitious UNICEF project that uses innovative bricks made of recycled plastic for building new schools in Ivory Coast.
