Brussels, 13 February 2007 - Mobistar guarantees its customers the most innovative services and the best customer experiences while abroad, too. Mobistar customers find the same ease of use when abroad as what they are used to at home thanks to simple and competitive roaming rates, user-friendly services, free voicemail messages and continuous reachability.

Mobistar introduces today the small, smart and stylish BlackBerry® Pearl? smartphone, from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM) on the belgian market. This launch enables Mobistar to offer an even bigger range of BlackBerry handsets to the business customers.

Mobistar is expanding its Business Everywhere offer for the professional market further with WiFi. As a result data connections and data traffic are possible as of now via the GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA mobile networks, the ADSL fixed network and via more than 14,200 WiFi hotspots in Belgium and abroad. The launch of WiFi via a tariff plan is the first concrete realisation of the cooperation agreement that Mobistar concluded with Telenet at the beginning of this year.

On 15 June 2006, Mobistar will launch Traveller Advantage, a new roaming bundle allowing customers to benefit from price reductions up to 28% on calls abroad. In addition, Mobistar forwards unanswered calls abroad to the Voice Mail service in Belgium at no charge, resulting in significant extra cost savings for customers on their roaming invoice. These new initiatives fit well in Mobistar's ongoing efforts to reduce and simplify the roaming tariffs.

Thanks to Orange World, all Mobistar customers will have a front row seat for the Roland Garros semi-final between Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin on their GSM. Via its portal, Mobistar will also provide exclusive information about the big sporting events of the summer. The latest results, the day's highlights, exclusive images and interviews, live matches and much more on Roland Garros, the Tour de France, the Football World Cup and Wimbledon, and all of this free of charge on your GSM throughout the summer.

Mobistar launches the Music Store, allowing all her pre-and postpaid customers with a passion for music to download more than 350,000 music tracks straight onto their mobile phone. Mobistar is following the latest music and MP3 fad. In order to achieve its goal of providing the best mobile music experience, Mobistar has signed an exclusive partnership with Sony Ericsson.

Euphony and Mobistar are building on the profitable cooperation they have nurtured over the past few years by developing a mobile telephony product specific to Euphony and earmarked for residential customers. EuLike-It is a product exclusively designed for Euphony, based on the quality of the Mobistar network and service. This partnership should allow Mobistar to increase its market share in this segment.

On 15 May Proximus and Mobistar will launch PlazZza, the easy-to-use search engine for mobile internet in Belgium. Base will launch PlazZza as soon as the services are available on their network. PlazZza is an initiative by the three operators in order to give mobile phone users easy access to multimedia services and content of third parties. Proximus, Mobistar and BASE have opted for the same name and service to offer the customers a transparent, easy-to-use search engine to look up information on the mobile Internet. For providers of information and digital goods, PlazZza is the perfect location for reaching consumers.

Mobility is yours for the cost of a fixed line thanks to Mobistar's Wirefree Office. Now, companies can also seize the trend to replace the fixed line with a mobile when changing or upgrading their telephone exchange.

Today Mobistar launches Bank Balance, a service developed in partnership with Banksys that will allow users to securely consult their bank balance via their mobiles.
