Brussels, 9 November 2007 - Mobistar announces the appointment of Pascal Koster, Managing Director of VOXmobile, to the position of Chief Technology Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Mobistar. Pascal Koster will retain his role as Managing Director of VOXmobile in Luxembourg and will share his time between these functions and his new functions in Brussels.

Mobistar announces today that Bernard Moschéni has decided to leave the company before the end of the year and take on a new professional challenge. Werner De Laet, Chief Financial Officer at Mobistar, will ensure transition until a new CEO has been appointed.

Mobistar is highly satisfied with the continuing rise in the number of TempoMusic customers as a consequence of a successful joint approach with Universal Music. Over 500,000 TempoMusic customers now enjoy free text messages and music.

Mobistar is giving Orange World a new look for its third birthday. The brand new interface to the multimedia portal has been completely made to meet the needs and desires of the customers. The Orange World home page of each customer will adjust itself automatically to the customers' usage pattern, and offer direct access to the most frequently used services. The different mobile portal categories are shown with icons and include new services. Each time a Mobistar customer makes a connection, he or she will see a 'new' home page.

Using the mobile technology, SNCB is able to develop applications for passenger and goods traffic, which will further enhance the safety and quality of the service.
