Today, Mobistar publishes its results for the financial year 2010. The Mobistar group continued its growth in Belgium and Luxembourg and will further strengthen its position as a convergent telecom player on both the residential and the business markets. Despite an unfavorable regulatory context, the Mobistar group achieved an increased turnover and exceeded its own forecasts for the full financial year 2010. These results allow Mobistar to pay out a dividend for a total amount of 258.1 million euros, or 4.30 euros per share.

The board of directors of Mobistar has decided to create a new post within the company’s management structure. Cristina Zanchi joins the Mobistar executive committee as Chief Customer Loyalty Officer. Her mission will be to further strengthen the links between Mobistar and its more than 4 million customers.

Today, Mobistar will hand out a 200,000 dollar ticket for the first space trip to Antoine Lesceux, a 19 year-old student from Jupille-sur-Meuse. The young man was designated by the bailiff as the winner of the online Mobistar competition organized in the context of the launch of its digital TV offer.

Today Mobistar is launching a new mobile communication platform for its professional customers in the SME and corporate segment.

Mobistar publishes its results for the 2009 financial year today. The operator has
reported turnover and a net result higher than the guidance. The EBITDA margin of service revenues and the investment level are in line with expectations. The organic cash-flow and the net result will enable the operatorto pay out a dividend for a total amount of 273 million euros, or a total dividend amount of 4.55 euros per share. Mobistar also announced a specific development plan for 2010 to pursue its continued growth.

Mobistar and Telenet today announced the extension of their strategic partnership for a period of at least 3 years.

Mobistar completed its share buy back programme for a total value of 175 million euros, equivalent to 3,277,338 shares, on 27th November 2008. To re-cap, 1,291,752 shares were bought prior to the GM of 7th May 2008 and cancelled by this GM. These shares were acquired for a total of 73.7 million euros.

Mobistar reaches its 2007 objectives and proposes a cash return of 600 million euro to its shareholders.
