Orange Fab, the exclusive international accelerator network, is now open to start-ups located in Belgium and Luxembourg. The main objective of Orange Fab is to create a commercial partnership between the start-ups and the Business Units of Orange. Thanks to Orange Fab, the selected start-ups will be offered specific support to accelerate their development in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as internationally, leveraging the worldwide presence of Orange.

Orange helps customers to stay connected and share their summer vibes instantly with family and friends while enjoying their favourite bands. Therefore Orange Belgium is deploying its 4G+ technology and doubling or even tripling its 4G capacity on over 150 events and festivals by adding nearly 100 extra installations this summer and the optimization of its network capacity. To kick off the festival summer Orange will be livestreaming on its Facebook page an exclusive beach concert in France of Belgian pop band PUGGY.

The General Meeting of shareholders of Orange Belgium took place today, Wednesday 3 May 2017. All proposed resolutions of the agenda have been approved by a vast majority of the shareholders.

The General Meeting proceeded with the nomination of Mr Wilfried Verstraete as new Board director, for a term of four years.

De algemene aandeelhoudersvergadering van Orange Belgium heeft plaats gevonden op woensdag 3 mei 2017. Tijdens die algemene vergadering werden alle agendapunten met een zeer ruime meerderheid door de aandeelhouders goedgekeurd.

De algemene vergadering benoemde de heer Wilfried Verstraete tot nieuwe bestuurder, voor een periode van 4 jaar.

L’Assemblée générale des actionnaires d’Orange Belgium s’est tenue ce mercredi 3 mai 2017. Lors de celle-ci, tous les points à l’agenda ont été approuvés à une très large majorité par les actionnaires.

L’Assemblée générale a procédé à la nomination de Monsieur Wilfried Verstraete en tant que nouvel administrateur, pour une durée de 4 ans.

The Board of Directors of Orange Belgium has nominated Mr Johan Deschuyffeleer as the new Chairman with a mandate of four years. Johan Deschuyffeleer, who has a profound expertise in digital and B2B, is member of the Board of Directors of Orange Belgium since 2011. He is also member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and is chairing the Strategic Committee. The Board of Directors has also nominated Mrs Nadine Lemaitre Vice-President of the Board of Directors. Both will take up their new mandate as of today.

De raad van bestuur van Orange Belgium heeft Johan Deschuyffeleer benoemd tot nieuwe voorzitter. Hij krijgt een mandaat van 4 jaar. Digitaal- en B2B-expert Johan Deschuyffeleer is al sinds 2011 bestuurder van het bedrijf. Hij is ook lid van het benoemings- en remuneratiecomité en leidt het strategisch comité. De raad benoemde tevens Nadine Lemaitre tot vice-voorzitster van de raad van bestuur. Beiden starten vandaag in hun nieuwe functie.

Le Conseil d’administration d’Orange Belgium a décidé de nommer Monsieur Johan Deschuyffeleer comme nouveau Président pour un mandat de 4 ans. Expert du monde digital et du marché B2B, Johan Deschuyffeleer est administrateur chez Orange Belgium depuis 2011. Il est également membre du Comité de nomination et de rémunération et préside le Comité stratégique. Le Conseil a également nommé Madame Nadine Lemaitre comme Vice-Présidente du Conseil d’administration. Tous deux entrent en fonction dès aujourd’hui.
